Job descriptionReview and process investor documents to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance Communicate with internal teams and external clients to gather missing or incomplete information Track progress using CRM systems and assist with internal reporting Identify and resolve data inconsistencies or documentation gaps Provide general administrative support, including front desk coverage as needed High School Diploma required 3+ years of experience in customer service, operations, or administrative support Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM or document management systems is a plus Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to handle confidential information in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment Experience in financial services or investment-related industries is preferred, but not required Fun, collaborative team environment Opportunity for growth and advancement Recognized as a top workplace with a culture focused on accountability, excellence, and communication Dental, Vision, Medical, 401(k)
