The Assistant Sales Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of the dealership. This position involves assisting in managing daily operations, providing excellent customer service, and driving sales performance. Duties
- Assist the Sales Manager in overseeing daily store operations and staff management.
- Ensure effective shift management by scheduling staff and monitoring performance.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Utilize phone etiquette to communicate effectively with customers
- knowing current and past promotions and upcoming events.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and promote store promotions.
Skills
Experience in a dealership environment is requiredStrong phone etiquette skills for effective communication with customersExcellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships and enhancing customer loyalty.Motorcycle license preferred.Previous Harley dealership or powersports experience in closing deals.
