ABOUT THE ROLE
The Sr. Marketing Manager leads WRMC’s strategic marketing initiatives, working closely with our sales team to drive lead generation, enhance our brand presence, and execute high-impact campaigns. You’ll oversee the current Brand Coordinator and collaborate on creative needs, all while leveraging platforms like Salesforce and Mailchimp to optimize our marketing operations.
Essential Job Functions
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans that align with WRMC’s brand standards, sales and revenue goals.
- Lead and mentor the brand coordinator, ensuring cohesive execution of marketing initiatives.
- Utilize Salesforce to track and analyze lead flow, ensuring seamless integration of marketing and sales efforts.
- Oversee the creative design and production of marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, digital campaigns, and event material in alignment with brand standards and visual consistency across all platforms.
- Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp, including audience segmentation and performance tracking.
- Oversee multi-channel marketing initiatives, from content creation to digital advertising, ensuring consistency and impact.
- Serve as the primary liaison with WRMC’s external marketing agency, overseeing their deliverables and ensuring alignment with internal strategies.
- Evaluate the agency's performance and identify opportunities to bring more creative work in-house.
- Ensure all initiatives complement internal campaigns and maintain WRMC’s brand standards.
- Monitor and enhance the company’s SEO strategy to improve organic visibility and lead generation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure web content is optimized for SEO performance and track ongoing improvements.
Requirements
Required Skills / Abilities :
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office products.Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing, including SEO, content marketing, email, and digital advertising.Demonstrated ability to align marketing strategies with sales goals and drive measurable outcomes.Ability to translate complex ideas into visually compelling collateral that aligns with brand standards.Excellent leadership and communication skills to mentor team members and collaborate with stakeholders.Proven experience with Salesforce and Mailchimp is required.Required Education and Experience :
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field required. MBA or relevant certifications are a plus.Minimum of five (5) years in marketing, with at least two (2) years in a senior or strategic role.Proven experience with Salesforce and Mailchimp is required.Physical Requirements :
Occasional travel within Texas and Colorado as needed.Benefits
