  • ASAP - Ongoing
  • Hybrid Module accepted w / min 2 days in-house-3 days in house preferred
  • Full time M-F, 8 : 30am - 5pm
  • No Call, No weekend
  • Total # patients : 15-18 pts / day - 30-60 min. for first visit with med mgmt and 60 min for evals
  • Types of Cases : Anxiety and depression
