Position Summary : The Senior Rebate Analyst takes more of a lead role to assist leadership with analytical data as needed, including but not limited to the month-end close process, GL account reconciliation & analysis, preparation of various monthly reports, and provide support for day to day activity. Also, collaborates on strategic projects as necessary.

What you will do :

• Lead department projects (smaller scale).
• Preparing and analyzing account reconciliations.
• At times they will coordinate and oversee the work of an Analyst.
• Month end reporting.
• Closely monitors accruals and investigates discrepancies.
• Review monthly check / credit memo reporting to verify correct processing of agreement / incentives.
• Quarterly review and annual audit of key controls for their department.
• Generate reporting for their customers and resolve rebate disputes or inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Annual presentations to internal customers as appropriate.
• Investigate issues and exceptions and resolve with little to no direction based on analysis and ensure timely communication as needed.
• Back up in Supervisor / Manager's absence.
• Demonstrate commitment to business ethics and drive integrity, accountability, collaboration, and trust across the company.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
