Title : Marketing Administrator

Reports to : Director of Marketing.

Admiral Communities is expanding its brand across communities and digital platforms. The Marketing Administrator will be immersed in the full spectrum of modern marketing - learning strategy, execution, and technology, including AI-driven systems. This is a hands-on, high-growth position designed for someone eager to learn, create, and contribute to a brand that values innovation, service, and authenticity.

Purpose :

To support and execute Admiral’s marketing strategy through creative production, social media management, customer engagement, and administrative coordination - while developing into a well-rounded modern marketer. This role is immersive, educational, and growth-oriented, providing exposure to the latest tools, trends, and AI technologies shaping today’s marketing landscape.

Key Responsibilities :

Customer Communication & Support :

  • Answer incoming customer calls, texts, and chat inquiries with professionalism and brand warmth.
  • Provide accurate information about communities, availability, and marketing promotions.
  • Collaborate with property and community teams to ensure seamless communication and follow-up.
  • Log interactions and feedback to help improve customer experience and marketing effectiveness.

Marketing & Creative Execution :

  • Design and produce branded materials in Canva (flyers, digital ads, event collateral, signage).
  • Plan, schedule, and post content across Admiral’s social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Write engaging captions and assist with short-form video editing.
  • Support community marketing initiatives - signage, events, resident stories, and PR outreach.
  • Learning & Skill Development :

  • Receive hands-on training in modern marketing systems and AI-driven tools.
  • Learn how to plan and execute full marketing campaigns - from concept to analytics.
  • Develop expertise in social media strategy, digital advertising, and content optimization.
  • Gain understanding of how to turn marketing creativity into measurable business impact.
  • Build toward becoming a key marketing asset through ongoing mentorship and real-world practice.
  • Brand & Content Management :

  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints.
  • Maintain and organize photo libraries, creative assets, and templates.
  • Assist in new community brand launches and collateral rollouts.
  • Administrative & Operational Support :

  • Maintain marketing calendars, timelines, and deliverable trackers.
  • Manage vendor communication, invoices, and purchase orders.
  • Coordinate print orders, media buys, and cross-departmental requests.
  • Prepare weekly performance and budget reports.
  • Analytics & Reporting :

  • Track campaign metrics (social engagement, ad performance, lead flow).
  • Compile monthly dashboards and performance recaps.
  • Suggest improvements to creative or posting cadence based on insights.
  • Qualifications :

  • 2+ years experience in marketing, customer service, or creative coordination.
  • Skilled in Canva.
  • Familiar with social media management tools (Meta Business Suite, Later, or similar).
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Highly organized, motivated, and eager to learn.
  • Curiosity and adaptability toward AI, automation, and modern marketing tools.
  • Success Indicators :

  • Consistent, high-quality content output across platforms.
  • Positive customer feedback and improved response times.
  • Campaigns launched on time and within budget.
  • Demonstrated learning progression and growing independence.
  • Measurable growth in social engagement and marketing efficiency.
  • Cadence & Collaboration :

  • Working with the Director of Marketing daily.
  • bi-weekly creative review sessions and analytics debriefs.
  • Daily responsiveness to customer communication via calls, texts, and chat.
  • Monthly development sessions focused on new marketing trends, AI tools, and personal growth.
  • Tools & Platforms :

  • Canva (design).
  • Google Workspace (organization & reporting).
  • Asana (project management).
  • HubSpot / CRM (lead tracking and customer communication).
  • Social Media Management tools (Meta, Later, Sprout).
  • Phone and messaging systems.
  • AI marketing systems (training provided) (ChatGPT).
  • Pay Tier : $18-$20 per hour, depending on experience.
