Job description

We are seeking a skilled CNC Lathe Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CNC machining and be proficient in operating CNC lathes to produce high-quality components. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to read blueprints and technical drawings. The CNC Lathe Operator will work closely with other team members to ensure efficient production processes while maintaining quality standards.

Responsibilities :

  • Operate CNC lathe machines to manufacture precision parts according to specifications.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and technical documents.
  • Set up and adjust CNC lathe equipment, including tooling and fixtures.
  • Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers to ensure quality control of finished products.
  • Conduct routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot any operational issues.
  • Collaborate with team members on the assembly line for efficient workflow.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a clean work environment.
  • Assist in materials handling, fabrication, and packaging processes as required.

Requirements :

  • Proven experience as a CNC Lathe Operator or similar role within a manufacturing facility.
  • Experience operating additional machinery such as CNC milling machines is a plus.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to use hand tools effectively.
  • Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to machining processes.
  • Attention to detail with a focus on quality control throughout the manufacturing process.
  • Previous factory or warehouse experience preferred.
