Job descriptionProcess and verify a high volume of vendor and subcontractor invoices. Perform three-way matching of invoices, purchase orders, and receiving documents. Communicate with vendors and project managers to research and resolve discrepancies or payment issues. Maintain organized vendor files and historical payment records (electronic and physical). Assist with weekly payment runs, including checks, ACH, and wire transfers. 2 years' accounts payable or accounting experience. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage high-volume processing with accuracy.
