Job Title : Sales Development Representative
Job Type : Full-time
Pay Range : $17.00 - $17.50 per hour, plus commission
Position Summary :
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for generating and qualifying sales opportunities through cold calling, emailing, and building relationships with prospects. The SDR will work closely with the sales team to set up meetings and help drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities :
Generate new sales opportunities through cold calls and emails
Identify and assess prospect needs, recommending suitable products and services
Build long-term relationships with prospects to qualify them as sales leads
Set up meetings between prospects and sales executives
Report weekly, monthly, and quarterly results to the marketing director
Education & Experience Requirements :
5+ years of relevant sales experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (Dynamics preferred)
Ability to work independently and in a team setting
Strong customer service skills, both over the phone and in person
