Job Description

• Carry out application production support and troubleshooting
• Maintain and monitor all the applications in development, testing and production environments
• Troubleshoot, build, maintain, fix and install applications
• Perform deployment of enhanced modules; stabilization activities for applications; onsite and offshore coordination; client interaction from the requirements stage to delivery of the application
• Work in cloud (Azure and Open Stack); DevOps (Chef and GitHub); Splunk and Nagios tools; Scrum Master role; hands on in Cisco networking
