Join a leading hospital medicine team in Troy, NY , as a Nocturnist Physician ! This permanent, full-time opportunity offers a 7-on / 7-off night shift (7 : 00 PM – 7 : 00 AM) , no procedures, and a closed ICU supported by critical care providers. Work alongside experienced colleagues in a collaborative and patient-focused setting.

Job Requirements

🩺 Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 5 years) in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine

🗽 NY medical license (or willing to obtain)

💊 DEA (or willing to obtain)

🧾 Clean malpractice / license history – highly preferred

❌ Not accepting local candidates within 30 miles

🌐 H-1B visa candidates welcome ( no J-1 waivers )
