Vice President, Transformation

Job Description

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Vice President of Transformation will be based in Dallas, Texas and work for a private equity-backed industrial services company. This person’s focus will be spearheading the commercial transformation of the company, as well as working with the company’s executive leadership team to wear multiple hats to ensure KPIs and company goals are met. The ideal candidate for this opportunity will have 3+ years of post-MBA consulting experience at a top-tier management consulting firm (1+ year at the manager level in consulting), with the majority of their consulting experience focused on growth strategy projects. Ideally, this individual will have exposure to sales operations work.
