Job descriptionReliable transportation to HQ. Be able to travel to surrounding states and be gone for a week at a time. Reliable team player, who has a good attitude, and a willingness to learn. Be able to work overtime hours with Per Diem. Use appropriate tools. Salary $60,000.00-$90,000.00 based on current experience and certifications. Paid Per Diem. Quarterly bonuses. Paid Training.

Responsibilities :
- Climb towers to heights of 350+ feet.
- Lift 50-70 lbs.
- Perform tower construction activities including assembling / erecting towers, installing antennas, mounting hardware, installing coax and connectors, grounding, testing, positioning, and optimizing antennas and lines.
- Interprets various documents (blueprints, diagrams, manufacturer specifications, etc.)
- Loading and unloading material and equipment in a warehouse setting and on the construction sites, with and without the assistance of a lift gate.
- Work in a variety of different working conditions.
