Manager of Learning Experiences

A company is looking for a Manager, Learning Experiences to lead digital learning ecosystems and knowledge-sharing frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

Provide work direction and coaching to the team, ensuring development and performance goals are met

Develop enterprise learning and knowledge management strategies with analytics to measure effectiveness

Evaluate and implement new learning technologies to enhance engagement and accessibility

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or related field, or equivalent experience; HS diploma or GED required

6 years of experience in education, training, account / client management, and / or project management

2 years of leadership / people management experience

Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
