RequirementsEducation and/or Experience - The Occupational Therapist is a graduate of an occupational therapist Bachelor's,
- Master's or Doctorate accredited degree program.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations - Current, active Occupational Therapist License in Colorado or a permit from the licensing board while awaiting licensure exam.
- Current CPR Certification.
What You'll Do Provide client-centered occupational therapy across preventive, acute, and rehabilitative care. You'll support individuals' physical, cognitive, psychosocial, and sensory needs to promote independence, well-being, and meaningful participation in daily life. In a consultative role, you'll assist with mental health screening, assessment, and care coordination-helping patients maximize function and reduce the need for higher levels of care.
This role spans
preventive, acute, and rehabilitative care, with a strong focus on helping patients build independence, prevent decline, and reduce the need for more intensive services-while delivering compassionate, high-quality occupational therapy every step of the way.
