As a Machine Operator, you will support various manufacturing activities, ensuring quality and efficiency.

Job Title : Machine Operator

Location : Indianapolis, IN - Park 100

Pay : $20 per hour

Shifts Available :

Monday - Friday 2pm - 10pm

3 : 50am - 4pm - 12-hour rotating shifts on a 2 / 2 / 3 schedule

Sunday 6am - 6pm (with training to switch to 6pm - 6am)

What's the Job?

  • Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery to support production goals
  • Sort, inspect, and check products to ensure quality standards are met
  • Use hand tools as needed for assembly and inspection tasks
  • Assist in the assembly of smaller products and perform machine operations
  • Lift occasional weights not exceeding 25 lbs to support manufacturing processes

What's Needed?

  • Previous experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments preferred
  • Ability to lift and handle weights up to 25 lbs
  • Comfort with using hand tools and performing repetitive tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and quality standards
  • Reliable and punctual with a proactive work ethic
