VP Of Global Sales And Marketing For Advanced Oncology Solutions

The VP of Global Sales and Marketing for Advanced Oncology Solutions (AOS) will be a key executive responsible for driving revenue growth, creating and executing strategic marketing campaigns, and partnering with regional teams to expand and enhance service offerings. This leader will establish global standards, develop impactful programs, and ensure accountability across the organization to meet business objectives and elevate the AOS brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Revenue Generation and Business Growth
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing and sales strategy to drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • Collaborate with regional leaders to identify and prioritize high-potential opportunities for AOS services.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and ensure success in sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Strategic Marketing and Campaigns
  • Create innovative, data-driven marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences and support business growth.
  • Develop content strategies, including the creation of compelling case studies, white papers, brochures, and other promotional materials to showcase the value of AOS solutions.
  • Oversee the design and distribution of newsletters to enhance customer engagement and promote AOS offerings.
  • Regional Collaboration and Service Offerings
  • Partner with regional teams to refine and expand service offerings tailored to local market needs.
  • Lead initiatives to educate internal and external stakeholders on the AOS portfolio, ensuring alignment and awareness.
  • Program Development and Best Practices
  • Design and implement global standards and best practices for marketing and sales operations to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Develop scalable programs that enhance operational efficiency and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Thought Leadership and Brand Positioning
  • Establish AOS as a leader in oncology solutions by promoting success stories and innovations through thought leadership content and events.
  • Represent the organization at industry conferences, workshops, and forums.
  • Accountability and Reporting
  • Build a culture of accountability by setting clear expectations and regularly reviewing performance against goals.
  • Lead efforts to automate forecasting and improve reporting on service engagements to drive informed decision-making.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 15+ years of proven track record in senior-level marketing and sales leadership roles, preferably in healthcare, oncology, or related fields.
  • Demonstrated success in revenue generation and strategic campaign execution.
  • Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams.
  • Expertise in creating marketing collateral and content, including case studies, white papers, and brochures.
  • Skilled in establishing and implementing global standards and processes.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to inspire and drive results.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).

    The base pay range for this position is : Min $227,940 - Max $341,900. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography / market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and / or company performance. The Company offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements : medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, life insurance, long-term and short-term disability insurance, paid parking / public transportation, paid time off, paid sick and safe time.
