A Day in the Life of the Broadband Technician : Residential install and disconnects

• (data, video, phone) on customer premises Ensure / record correct RF and signal levels within specifications Communication with leadership and dispatch as needed Customer education Operate company vehicle in safe and responsible manner Other duties as assigned What You Bring to the Table : Experience : 0 (Entry Level) Competencies : Maintain satisfactory driving record and have a valid driver's license Knowledge, Skills and Abilities : Ladder; Hand or Power Tools; Customer Service; Communication (verbal, written); Basic Computer Skills; Aptitude to learn to skills; Problem solving; Time Management; Teamwork; Working alone Education and Certifications : High school diploma or equivalent Must possess a valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record compliant with the company policy We're Proud to Offer a Comprehensive Benefits Package Including : 401k with employer match Insurance options including : medical, dental, vision, life and STD insurance Paid Time Off / Vacation : 80 hours per year and increases based on tenure with the organization (PTO / Vacation is specific to our West region and could vary within other geographical regions.) Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to relevant skills, experience, and capabilities. The base salary range in Washington for this position, plus opportunities for bonus, benefits and commission, if applicable, is : Broadband Technician I - $20.00 - $28.00 per hour Broadband Technician II - $21.00 - $29.40 per hour Broadband Technician III - $22.05 - $30.87 per hour Our Mission Statement :
