Job Overview

Eleven 35 is seeking a skilled and dependable Facilities Project & Maintenance Manager to oversee small-scale building repairs, routine facility maintenance, and light project coordination across our warehouse operation. This is an ideal role for someone who is hands-on, organized, and ready to grow with a company that values loyalty and performance. You’ll be responsible for ensuring smooth facility operations while supporting improvement projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

Perform and oversee building repairs and preventive maintenance tasks.

Manage and coordinate facility improvement projects.

Maintain building systems and ensure tenant satisfaction through timely support.

Work with outside vendors and contractors when needed.

Track project progress and complete related administrative paperwork.

Respond to facility issues and emergencies in a timely and effective manner.

Maintain organized records of maintenance work and project timelines.

Ensure safety compliance and building cleanliness.

Coordinate scheduling and job site activities for small-scale improvement efforts.

Serve as a point of contact between management and vendors / contractors.

Oversee security of building assets and keys.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in building maintenance or facility operations or construction projects.

Associate degree or vocational school training preferred.

Electrical focused training is preferred.

Strong communication skills—able to interact professionally with vendors, tenants, and management.

Organized and able to manage light office paperwork.

Demonstrated reliability, accountability and loyalty in past roles.

Positive attitude with pride in delivering quality work.

Proficiency in using tools, maintenance equipment, and common building systems.

Valid driver’s license required.
