Overview

This role is part of our Creative & Media team based in Rotterdam and Amsterdam. Our team is a vibrant mix of talents, ranging from Creatives, Influencer Marketers, Brand & Content Strategists to Account Managers, Programmatic and Marketing Automation Consultants. Together, we blend imaginative storytelling and performance-driven strategies with cutting-edge technology to create engaging digital experiences that build lasting relationships with our clients like Netflix, Canva, Foot Locker, Philips & Biscoff.

JOB PURPOSE

Our SEO team empowers clients to develop and grow their online businesses through organic search in all its shapes and forms. You will go beyond simply executing SEO tasks; you will function as a strategic advisor to our clients by understanding their needs, challenging their goals, assessing feasibility and proposing hands-on solutions.

This role requires a solid level of SEO expertise, strategic planning skills, and a results-oriented mindset. The ideal candidate can manage and optimize SEO strategies and collaborate effectively. You are a critical and analytical thinker, both curious and creative, with a solid understanding of SEO and the ability to communicate your ideas clearly.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies that align with client objectives and target audiences
• Work with more experienced SEO professionals to carry out their strategies and roadmaps
• Perform both foundational analyses like keyword research, technical scans and backlink audits as well as strategies focused on optimizing for AI Overviews and other large language models
• Track performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports to clients, emphasizing important metrics and suggestions for how to improve
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in organic search and adapt strategies accordingly
