Java Back-End Engineer

Position Description :

Are you a backend engineering expert ready to build resilient systems that power mission-critical financial operations? Join our agile team as a Senior Java Back-End Engineer and lead the design of scalable, high-performance platforms that drive innovation in financial services.

This position can be performed from Merrimack, NH; Westlake, TX; or Lafayette, LA.

Your future duties and responsibilities :

• .Design and develop multi-layered backend systems using Java, Spring Boot, and PL / SQL
• . Build RESTful APIs and microservices with a focus on scalability, performance, and maintainability
• . Optimize database schemas, stored procedures, and transactional SQL (Oracle / DB2)
• . Drive CI / CD automation using Jenkins, Git, and uDeploy
• . Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement monitoring, resiliency, and release pipelines
• . Lead code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing to ensure delivery quality
• . Resolve cross-technology roadblocks and contribute to process improvements that enhance team velocity
