Job descriptionProficiency in languages such as Java, Python, SQL, C#, and HTML Experience with project management methodologies and the ability to develop and implement technical project plans. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Ability to adapt to changing technologies and business environments. Document and maintain project artifacts. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of industry standards, methodologies, processes, and best practices. Promptly report any known or suspected loss, theft or unauthorized disclosure or use of PI to the General Counsel / Chief Compliance Officer or Chief Information Officer. Safeguard the company's assets. Adhere to the company's compliance program. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of industry standards, methodologies, processes, and best practices. Maintain focus on customer-service, efficiency, quality, and growth. Collaborating with additional team members Other duties as assigned.
Essential Job Functions :
- Responsible for requirements gathering , functional spec documentation and documenting the user stories in Jira.
- Manages Jira backlogs
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams
- Translates the business requirement to technical specs and works with the development team
- Helps with UAT and works with TCOE team.
- Participates in all business and technical discussions .
- self-starter who has the ability to prioritize and leads with ownership.
