WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR :

We are looking for a Community Manager to join our team at an affordable community in Sacramento, CA .

This position is Full-Time | Hourly | Monday through Friday - 8 am to 5 pm Schedule | Full Benefits and Bonus Program eligible. Strong Affordable - Tax Credit experience is required for this position.

Pay Range : $24.00 - $26.00 / Hour

• You bring experience with affordable housing / tax credit properties
• You bring a minimum of 2-3 years of experience managing an apartment community
• You can perform professional level leadership and customer service skills
• You have prior knowledge and or experience in interior and exterior renovation
• You are able to create and maintain financials, budgets, and reporting
• You possess good communication skills both, verbal and written
• You have a passion for helping others
• You have a strong knowledge of MS word, excel, and outlook
• You ideally have experience in Yardi and / or MRI
• You have a valid driver’s license and proof of automobile liability insurance coverage
