We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Agent to help clients buy and sell properties. Base Pay Range

$55,000.00 / yr - $100,000.00 / yr

Responsibilities

  • Successfully complete the in-depth PLACE Launch training program aimed at fast-traking your real-estate career.
  • Generate consistent weekly leads by leveraging proven PLACE systems.
  • Work closely with buyers and sellers to provide expert guidance, negotiate deals, and close transactions efficiently.
  • Host at least two open houses per month to present properties to potential buyers.
  • Keep accurate records of all activities and track your sales pipeline using PLACE Technology.
  • Allocate weekly time for personalized coaching, training workshops, and practicing scripts.
  • Participate actively in team gatherings and help nurture a supportive and positive team environment.
  • Grow your real-estate business by maintaining steady production and continuously developing your skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

  • Possession of a current Oregon Broker real-estate license (mandatory).
  • Minimum of one year experience in real-estate (desired).
  • Innate confidence in both communication and negotiation.
  • Driven by a competitive mindset and eagerness for professional development.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and effective time management.
  • Commitment to adhering to scripts, maintaining accountability, and continuous learning.
