System Engineer

Overview

The QTI Group is partnering with a Brookfield-based managed service provider (MSP) to hire their next Systems Engineer . The Systems Engineer will serve as a trusted technical advisor to various clients. This role blends advanced infrastructure design, hands-on support, and client relationship management.

Base pay range

$75,000.00 / yr - $100,000.00 / yr

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical lead for assigned clients, managing their IT environment
• Design, configure and maintain infrastructure components, including servers, networks, firewalls and more
• Implement and support cloud services in Azure, M365 and SharePoint
• Perform server migrations, visualization deployments and network upgrades – both on-site and cloud environments
• Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support to Helpdesk teams, managing escalated tickets
• Collaborate with Account Managers to perform Strategic Business Reviews with clients
