As a Retail Store Manager you will use dynamic coaching to motivate, build, and inspire your team to achieve professional goals. Through intentional hiring practices and the crafting of individual action plans you will drive individual and team development resulting in top line sales. You will empower your team to execute a personalized, premier customer experience. Provide exceptional customer service by getting to know your customers
