Job descriptionAssist Project Managers in overseeing all phases of ground-up projects from preconstruction through closeout. Support in budget tracking, cost reports, change orders, and subcontractor invoicing. Manage and process submittals, RFIs, meeting minutes, and other project documentation. Help coordinate subcontractor and vendor activities to maintain project schedules. Perform site visits and provide progress reports to ensure quality and safety standards. Work closely with superintendents, owners, architects, and engineers to support smooth project execution. Gain hands-on exposure to contracts, scheduling, and procurement processes. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred). 2–5 years of construction experience, ideally with a General Contractor Exposure to ground-up projects $10M+ (municipal, healthcare, higher education, community, or athletic facilities preferred). Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in construction management and scheduling software. Demonstrated commitment to long-term career growth with reputable GCs (no job hopping).
