STAFF Registered Nurse (RN) – Med Surg – Bradenton, FL

💰 Compensation & Perks

  • Hourly Pay : $30.76 – $41.50 (Based on experience)
  • Night Shift Differential : +$4.75 / hr
  • Weekend Differential : +$3.00 / hr
  • National Certification Bonus : +$2.00 / hr
  • Sign-On Bonus :

    • $10,000 (Days)

  • $15,000 (Nights)

    • (Paid partially on 1st / 2nd check, remainder in 6-month increments)

  • Relocation Assistance : Up to $5,000 (With HR approval)

    • 📌 Unit Details :

  • Patient Ratio : 6 : 1
  • Shift : Full-Time – Days or Nights (Rotating weekends)
  • Facility Type : Acute Care Hospital
  • Position Type : Permanent , Contingent

    • 👩‍⚕️ Qualifications

  • Education :

    • Nursing Diploma or ASN required

  • BSN preferred
  • License / Certifications :

    • Active Florida RN license or Compact RN license

  • BLS (AHA or Red Cross) – Required
  • ACLS – Preferred, must be obtained within 6 months of hire
  • Experience :

    • Minimum 1 year RN experience required

  • Open to RNs from LTACH, Home Health, or Rehab settings
  • Must be able to attend on-site interviews to be eligible for offer
