Responsibilities :

Develop and maintain relationships with real estate agents, builders, and other referral partners

Educate clients on loan products, terms, and the overall mortgage process

Take complete and accurate loan applications; manage files from pre-approval to closing

Review income, credit, and financial documents to ensure loan quality

Work closely with processing, underwriting, and closing teams to deliver an excellent borrower experience

Maintain compliance with all federal and state lending regulations

Meet or exceed monthly production goals for purchase transactions

Qualifications :

Active NMLS license required

1+ year of mortgage origination experience (purchase-focused preferred)

Strong knowledge of mortgage products and guidelines

Excellent communication, sales, and client relationship skills

Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven

Compensation :

Commission-based — top performers earn $100,000–$250,000+ annually
