Workforce Analytics & Project Management Leader

We're seeking a strategic, data-driven leader to head our Workforce Analytics & Project Management team. This role will drive enterprise-wide HR initiatives and deliver actionable insights that shape talent strategy, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness. You'll operate at the intersection of analytics, strategy, and executionempowering HR to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Role Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end analytics vision, including data governance, reporting, and dashboard development.
• Manage and develop a team of 3 direct reports focused on workforce analytics.
• Partner with HR COEs and business leaders to deliver insights that inform talent strategy and organizational design.
• Translate complex data into compelling narratives that influence executive decisions and HR policy.
• Drive high-impact, enterprise-wide HR initiatives and ensure alignment with business priorities.
• Oversee planning and execution of strategic HR projects, including governance, milestone tracking, and risk management.
• Ensure consistency across HR systems and reporting platforms; optimize analytics tools and processes.
• Lead change management efforts to support adoption of new HR programs and technologies.
• Identify opportunities to enhance workforce performance and employee experience through data insights.

The base salary range is $175,000 200,000 USD per year, total on target compensation includes a base salary plus a variable target incentive that aligns with individual and company performance.
