We are recruiting an experienced Buyer to join our team to support our client in the automotive industry.

NOTE :

Hybrid

Must be willing and able to travel domestically, without restrictions, effective on the start date

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• New product strategy
• Launch and development activities
• Vendor and key account relations
• Product business case financials
• Presentation of supply chain opportunities
• Coordination of promotions
• Product launch timing coordination
• Product bulletin review and updates
• Strategies to encourage the dealerships, independent repair facilities, and other external distributors and resellers

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS :

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or other related major from an accredited University
• 3-5 years of experience
• Must possess the ability to multi-task, prioritize, adapt, negotiate and manage a project(s)
• Must be capable of managing tactical workload while developing & implementing strategies and process improvements
• Proficient in Microsoft (Excel, Power Point, Word) and web-based applications
• Experience in SAP would be an advantage
• Strong Communication with all levels of management and peers, both internally and externally
• Strong desire to grow and learn in a challenging environment
• Collaborative environment that requires the candidate to work with others of varying thoughts and perspectives
• Willingness to work in a fast paced global environment, interacting with global supplier and team members
