Key Qualifications :

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM management and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to resolve day-to-day issues efficiently.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of technical sales experience, ideally working with OEMs in the Motion Control or related industry.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to commit to 60% weekly travel.
  • Proficiency in prioritizing work effectively.

Additional Skills :

  • Experience in identifying and seizing market opportunities to drive sales growth.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets through maintaining and enhancing customer relationships.
  • Strong capability to respond positively to performance feedback and make continuous improvements.
