We are seeking a skilled Security Analyst – Consultant to join an enterprise IT security team supporting mission-critical systems for a large-scale public sector organization. The selected candidate will play a key role in strengthening cybersecurity posture, automating security processes, and ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information.

The ideal candidate is a DevSecOps-focused professional with hands-on experience in security automation, secure coding, incident response, and cloud security. This role combines technical expertise with strategic problem-solving and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Enhance Security Automation : Design, implement, and maintain automation for vulnerability scanning, access control, and data protection using scripting languages such as C#, Python, and PowerShell.
• Monitor and Analyze Threats : Use SIEM tools to detect suspicious activities, investigate alerts, and identify potential risks.
• Secure Application Development : Collaborate with development teams to ensure secure coding practices throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Incident Response : Participate in investigations, containment, and recovery during security events, following best practices for root cause analysis and prevention.
• Documentation & Training : Develop and maintain security procedures, policies, and user guides to promote a security-first culture.
• Collaboration : Work closely with IT, development, and compliance teams to integrate security into every aspect of operations.
