Job Summary
We are seeking an outgoing leader with extensive engineering experience and a passion for mentoring and team development. This role involves leading the electrical department in our San Jose office, which includes approximately 15 engineers and designers. In addition to serving as a lead electrical engineer / project manager on various projects, the department manager will oversee workload assignments, recruitment, staff retention, and quality assurance standards.

Salary Range This is a hybrid role based in San Jose, CA. The expected salary range is $160,000 - $190,000 annually , depending on experience, education, and other relevant factors. As a multi-state employer, this range may vary for positions in other locations.
