Banner Health, a top-ranked integrated health system, is seeking a BE / BC Family Medicine Physician to join our primary care practice in Longmont, Colorado . Located just 20 minutes from Boulder and 45 minutes from Denver, Longmont offers the perfect mix of small-town charm and access to big city amenities.
Position Highlights :
- Outpatient clinic : M-F schedule with no weekends
- 36 hours of patient contact per week; 4 hours admin time
- Limited shared call (phone consult only)
- Medical Assistants, Front Desk, and leadership support
- Clinical responsibilities to include all ages, wellness and chronic care disease management, as well as specialized procedures according to the candidate's interest
