Project Coordinator Pediatric Vital Signs

Overview :

The Project Coordinator Pediatric Vital Signs supports initiatives focused on reducing child mortality rates through education and community engagement. This role participates in Safety City activities and other outreach events that promote child safety and well-being. The coordinator assists with event setup coordination and teardown ensuring smooth execution. Travel to other locations may be required to support programs and advance the organizations mission to improve child health outcomes . Valid Ohio drivers license and proof of auto insurance is required by hospital policy. Must pass a motor vehicle background inspection insurance eligibility driving qualifications and training set forth by Nationwide Childrens Hospital and must maintain qualification of insurance guidelines.

Essential Functions :

• Assists with the development of project plans and timelines to ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
• Coordinates project meetings and communicates updates to team members.
• Monitors project progress alongside project manager and identifies any potential risks or issues.
• Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback.
• Prepares and maintains project documentation and reports.
• Assists in budget tracking and resource allocation for the project.
• Contributes to projects and serves as a subject matter expert in area of responsibility.
