Position Purpose :

Preferred candidates should reside in one of the following cities : Denver, CO, Salt Lake City, UT, San Francisco, CA, or Seattle, WA.

The Organized Retail Crime Manager is responsible for leading and executing strategic loss prevention initiatives related to organized retail crime across multiple regions. This role provides critical investigative support and process oversight, managing high-risk cases, field operations, and cross-functional relationships to reduce shrink and protect company assets.

Key Responsibilities Include :

• Conducting in-depth analysis of theft activity and organized crime trends
• Leading field investigations, coordinating with internal AP teams and law enforcement (local, state, and federal)
• Developing and executing strategic plans to address ORC-related shrink
• Implementing process improvements and security protocols
• Selecting, developing, and leading multiple direct reports across multiple regions
