Assist orthopedic providers with patient care in an outpatient clinic setting

Apply, remove, and adjust casts, splints, braces, and orthopedic devices
\t \t - \t
Prepare patients for examinations, procedures, and minor treatments
\t \t - \t
Assist physicians during orthopedic procedures and clinical evaluations
\t \t - \t
Educate patients on cast care, brace use, mobility restrictions, and post-procedure instructions
\t \t - \t
Maintain and prepare orthopedic equipment, supplies, and treatment rooms
\t \t - \t
Perform cast room duties, including stock management and equipment cleaning
\t \t - \t
Accurately document patient care and interventions in the electronic medical record
\t \t - \t
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and clinical staff to ensure efficient patient flow
\t \t - \t
Provide excellent patient service and support in a fast-paced outpatient environment

Float to nearby affiliated outpatient clinics on rare occasions as operationally needed

Minimum of 2 years of recent experience as an Orthopedic Technician

Outpatient orthopedic clinic experience required

Demonstrated proficiency in casting, splinting, and orthopedic support procedures

Strong patient interaction and communication skills
\t \t - \t
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
\t \t - \t
Comfortable working in a high-volume outpatient setting
\t \t - \t
Flexibility to float between clinic locations if required
\t \t - \t
First-time travelers accepted
