Scrum Master

A company is looking for a Scrum Master to support Agile delivery in a remote, mission-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies for 1-2 Agile teams, including daily stand-ups and sprint planning

Support teams by reinforcing Agile principles and maintaining a well-groomed backlog with Product Owners

Use Agile metrics to help teams understand performance patterns and promote continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in an Agile facilitation role

Experience leading Scrum execution for cross-functional Agile teams

Familiarity with Agile management tools such as Jira and Confluence

Ability to interpret Agile performance metrics and communicate insights effectively

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
