Your Career
The Logistics and Trade Compliance Specialist will provide essential operational support for Palo Alto Networks Logistics and Compliance processes. This role is integral to the end-to-end supply chain, requiring the ability to interact effectively with both internal stakeholders (e.g., Order Fulfillment, Sales Operations, Service Logistics, Legal) and external partners (e.g., channel distribution, distribution centers, government agencies) across all organizational levels regarding a diverse range of logistics and compliance activities.
The position requires a comprehensive understanding and practical application of logistics best practices, coupled with in-depth knowledge of export and import regulations within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities will encompass but are not limited to ERP and system tools development, automate shipment documentation, adherence to routing guides, sanctioned party screenings, export license determinations, proactive problem-solving, risk assessment, cost analysis, and related projects.
