Food Service Bookkeeper
Responsible for maintaining all necessary bookkeeping and other related clerical functions for the food service department. Bookkeeping duties include : daily count of all cash from cafeteria and other points of service sales, daily bank deposits of cash from cafeteria and other points of service sales, and maintain sufficient cash on hand for opening cash registers. This position will be primarily morning shift times, and rotating weekend shifts will be required.
