🔧 POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Welder, you will support the manufacturing of high‑quality steel components. You’ll perform welding, finishing, equipment maintenance, and critical repair work — including fixing submerged arc weld seams using specialized tools.

🧰 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

✔️ Perform welding & finishing operations to meet strict quality standards

✔️ Repair discontinuities in submerged arc weld seams

✔️ Interpret and follow customer specifications & blueprints

✔️ Maintain, troubleshoot, and operate welding equipment

✔️ Perform grinding using manual and power tools

✔️ Use precision measuring instruments for inspection

✔️ Follow all safety, quality, and housekeeping procedures

✔️ Complete additional duties as assigned

⭐ ESSENTIAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 1 year welding experience
• Proficiency in assigned welding techniques
• Understanding of weld setup parameters (amps, volts, polarity, etc.)
• Experience using precision measuring tools
• Ability to operate mobile device applications
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

• Fast‑paced production facility
• Non‑climate‑controlled (may be dusty or dirty)
• Hands‑on, team‑oriented atmosphere

⏱ AVAILABLE SHIFTS (Mon–Thurs)

1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM

2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM

3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 7:30 AM

💵 PAY RANGE:

$22–$27/hr (based on experience)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $39520.00 - $49920.00/yr.
