🏭 Work Environment & Schedule

This is a non-climate-controlled environment that can be dusty or dirty.

Shifts Available:

Monday–Thursday:

• 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM

Weekend Shift:

• 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Work 36 hours — get paid for 40!

🔧 Position Overview

You will:

• Weld, finish, and inspect steel components
• Repair submerged arc weld seams on steel pipes
• Use precision tools and equipment
• Maintain welding machinery
• Follow safety protocols at all times

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Perform welding and finishing operations per customer specifications
• Repair discontinuities in submerged arc weld seams
• Use precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
• Maintain and troubleshoot welding equipment
• Perform manual and power grinding
• Follow all safety, quality, and housekeeping standards
• Complete additional duties as assigned

⭐ Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in basic welding techniques
• Understanding of weld setup (amps, volts, polarity, etc.)
• Experience with measuring tools
• Ability to use mobile device applications
• Minimum 1 year of welding experience

➕ Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to pass internal welding test
• Experience with MIG, flux core, and dual shield welding
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $39520.00 - $49920.00/yr.
