Sodexo is seeking an Environmental Services / Custodial Operations Manager 2 for Lahey Clinic Medical Center, located in Burlington, Massachusetts. Lahey Clinic is a 365 bed facility with 100+ non-union client staff and part of the Beth Israel. This is a 2nd shift position with some weekends and holiday. This position will report to a General Manager on-site.

What You'll Do

• Be responsible for driving client and patient satisfaction scores
• Provide a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors and staff and work closely with the Infectious Control department
• Work with the Environment of Care Committee and Infection Prevention Director
• Effectively manage the Unit Operating System
• Support a diverse and inclusive workforce
