• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

In order to receive travel rate, clinician’s claimed residence must match address on drivers license.

\n\n

Driver License is required for RN / LPN / PTs working on a compact license.

\n\n

Ascension Health does not accept vaccine / TDAP declinations.

\n\n

Must pass Ascension EKG Exam

\n\n

Preferred Credentials : \nCPI / MOAB High Risk On-Site Portion

\n\n

Shift & Scheduling : \nAll jobs with a 12 hour schedule have the option of a 36 or 48 hour work week.

\n\n

7 days maximum time off

\n\n

2 references from any number of months (Charge / Lead reference type) - required for submission
