Job descriptionEngage with Clients : Respond to inbound requests and inquiries about financial products such as Indexed Universal Life policies, annuities, and life insurance. Present Tailored Solutions : Understand customer needs and deliver customized product presentations via phone or video calls. Build Relationships : Develop and nurture long-term connections with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Achieve Sales Goals : Meet or exceed sales targets within established timeframes. Collaborate : Work closely with team members and other departments to drive success and improve customer outcomes. Drive for Success : A results-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving goals. Strong Sales Skills : Exceptional abilities in sales, negotiation, and communication. Organizational Excellence : Proficiency in time management and organizational tasks. Creativity : The ability to craft and deliver compelling, customized presentations. Relationship Building : A knack for establishing and maintaining positive customer relationships. Feedback-Ready Attitude : Openness to constructive feedback and a willingness to grow. High School Diploma or equivalent (minimum requirement). Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required. Lucrative Earnings : Uncapped commission structure with significant income potential.
