Client Collaboration : Engage with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized advice.
Interactive Consultation : Conduct phone, text and face-to-face consultations to discuss insurance plans suited to clients' needs.
Portfolio Development : Assist clients in building comprehensive insurance portfolios, ensuring full protection coverage.
Relationship Nurturing : Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to build trust and foster loyalty.
Industry Expertise : Stay updated on insurance industry trends to provide the best recommendations.
Sales Strategy : Implement effective sales strategies to achieve personal and team sales targets.
Continuous Improvement : Participate in ongoing education and professional development opportunities to enhance skills.
Requirements
Licensing : Active Texas Property & Casualty License is required.
Experience : A minimum of 2 years in insurance sales or a related field is preferred.
Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Customer Service : Strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
Problem-Solving : Ability to effectively address and resolve client concerns.
Sales Skills : Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Local Knowledge : Familiarity with the local market in Plano, Texas is advantageous.
