Position Summary
We're seeking a Commercial Insurance Account Manager with experience in Commercial Property & Casualty to help manage and nurture our expanding book of business.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with producers on new and renewal business opportunities
- Service commercial insurance accounts with professionalism and care
- Conduct policy renewals, coverage analysis, and risk assessments
- Process endorsements, certificates, and policy documentation efficiently
- Build strong client and carrier relationships while advocating for optimal coverage solutions
- Stay current on industry regulations, coverage trends, and market shifts
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with agency management systems (Applied Epic preferred)Strong verbal and written communication skills, organizational abilities, and a proactive client-first attitudeEducation & Experience
Active Florida 440 or 220 Insurance License (Will be required to have 220 within 3 months)Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Commercial Property & Casualty insuranceSeniority level
