Position Summary

We're seeking a Commercial Insurance Account Manager with experience in Commercial Property & Casualty to help manage and nurture our expanding book of business.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with producers on new and renewal business opportunities
  • Service commercial insurance accounts with professionalism and care
  • Conduct policy renewals, coverage analysis, and risk assessments
  • Process endorsements, certificates, and policy documentation efficiently
  • Build strong client and carrier relationships while advocating for optimal coverage solutions
  • Stay current on industry regulations, coverage trends, and market shifts

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with agency management systems (Applied Epic preferred)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, organizational abilities, and a proactive client-first attitude

    • Education & Experience

  • Active Florida 440 or 220 Insurance License (Will be required to have 220 within 3 months)
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Commercial Property & Casualty insurance
