Description - Your Mission

• Conduct routine and advanced lab tests covering various areas such as chemistry, hematology, and immunology in accordance with established procedures.
• Scrutinize results for precision, address discrepancies, and carry out routine maintenance and calibration of laboratory instruments.
• Assist with specimen collection and prepare samples for comprehensive testing as required.
• Keep meticulous records of all procedures, train newcomers or students, and contribute to upholding high laboratory quality standards.
• Ensure a tidy, safe working environment while adhering systematically to all regulatory compliance and accreditation norms.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree, including preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within one year of starting.
• Maintain current certification as a condition of employment.
