Job Responsibilities
As a Multi-Modality Technologist , you will play a vital role in providing high-quality diagnostic imaging services across two or more modalities, including CT and X-ray. Your responsibilities will include :
- Performing a wide range of diagnostic imaging procedures with precision, autonomy, and professionalism.
- Operating CT, X-ray, and other imaging equipment safely and effectively, following proper protocols.
- Ensuring exams are properly documented and submitted for interpretation.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment, including exam rooms and equipment.
- Demonstrating flexibility, empathy, and clear communication in patient interactions.
- Monitoring and restocking supplies; coordinating with staff to ensure readiness for exams.
- Staying up to date with new imaging techniques and participating in ongoing professional development.
- Assisting with imaging-related administrative tasks such as authorizations or accreditation processes when needed.
- Supporting the team and management with scheduling, reporting equipment issues, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and safety standards.
Minimum Qualifications
Education & Credentials :
Associate’s degree or higher from an accredited radiologic technology program.Active ARRT certification in both Radiologic Technology and Computed Tomography.Valid Florida Certified Radiologic Technologist license.Current BLS certification.Experience :
Minimum of 1 year of experience in an outpatient diagnostic facility or hospital setting.Strong working knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and diagnostic protocols.Skills & Attributes :
Proficient in the use of CT, X-ray, and DEXA imaging equipment.Strong organizational and critical-thinking skills.Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.Compassionate and patient-focused.Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.Bilingual (English and Spanish or Creole) preferred.Compensation & Benefits
