Job description

Physical Therapist Assistant Role $1,843.20 per week

Job Summary

  • Position : Physical Therapist Assistant
  • Location : Sheridan, Wyoming
  • Association : Quality Rehab Management
  • Duration : 89 days
  • Start Date : 07 / 28 / 2025
  • End Date : 10 / 25 / 2025
  • Care Setting : Skilled Nursing Facility
  • Shift : 8-hour day shifts
  • Guaranteed Hours : 35 per week

Key Requirements

  • Licensure : Valid state-issued license
  • Required Qualifications : Associate degree from a CAPTE-accredited PTA program
  • Certifications : BLS (AHA or ARC), NPTE for PTAs
  • Experience : Minimum 1 year in a Skilled Nursing Facility
  • Vaccination : Required as per facility policy
  • Credentialing Timeline : Completed within 30 days of start
